Dawn is primarily responsible for rating and re-quote existing personal auto and home policies. Dawn achieved her Property & Casualty License and has become ACSR credited. ACSR stands for Accredited Customer Service Representative. ACSR is the nation's largest and most prestigious program of its kind. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service. Dawn was originally employed with us from May 2000 through September 2006. After an extended maternity leave, she re-joined us on a part time basis in October 2009. She is involved in all areas of servicing personal property and casualty needs. She can help handle any issues regarding your policy. Prior to working at Synergy, Dawn was a skip tracer at a collection agency.
