Beth is responsible for servicing all churches and farms. Since joining Synergy Insurance Group in September of 2000 Beth has received her Property & Casualty License and has become ACSR credited. ACSR stands for Accredited Customer Service Representative. ACSR is the nation's largest and most prestigious program of its kind. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service. She is involved in quoting and enrollment as well as service to current clients. Beth is your contact if you need information about your policy or to make changes to your current policy. She also handles billing issues, renewal updates and claim issues. Prior to working at Synergy Beth worked with special needs children in a local school system.
