Thomas splits his time as an Customer Service Agent and as an Account Executive with Synergy Insurance Group. His focus is primarily on property and casualty services for commercial businesses, churches and not-for-profit organizations. He is licensed both in property and casualty and health insurance.
He graduated from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Thomas has a solid understanding of the business community which results from over 30 years experience in working with area businesses in both the insurance and financial industries. Tom joined the former Rohrer-Weldy Agency Inc., in 1998. Rohrer-Weldy is now known as Synergy Insurance Group.
Thomas has earned a reputation as a specialist in property and casualty coverage. Thomas is an active member of River Oaks Community Church in Goshen. He serves there as chairman of a board and also participates in various other committees. He was involved on the board of directors of Ray Bird Ministries in South Bend and is past president of that board. He volunteers with organizations and sports boards that his children participate in within the community. Thomas and his bride have been joyfully married for nearly 30 years.
