Jessica is responsible for servicing commercial property and casualty clients. Since joining Synergy Insurance Group in January 2006 Jessica has received her Property & Casualty License and has become ACSR credited. ACSR stands for Accredited Customer Service Representative. ACSR is the nation's largest and most prestigious program of its kind. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service. Primarily Jessica fields phone calls and takes care of policy change requests, provides certificates, processes claims, inspects billing issues, processes audits and bond renewals. Prior to working at Synergy Insurance Group Jessica was a Data Cad technician at a local architecture firm.
