Carol is your advocate when it comes to the needs of commercial property and casualty clients. She works with underwriters, quotes new policies, processes policy renewals and completes new bonds. Since joining us at Synergy Insurance Group in September of 1995 she has received her Property & Casualty License and has become ACSR credited. ACSR stands for Accredited Customer Service Representative. ACSR is the nation's largest and most prestigious program of its kind. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service. Prior to working at Synergy, Carol worked at a local Insurance Company for 19 years.
